Carers Handbook

We have recently produced a Carers Handbook as an information resource for unpaid carers who are looking after someone who lives in Telford and Wrekin. It includes a large amount of help, advice, useful contact details and information including "Am I a Carer?", "Finding Your Way around the Health Service", "Carers Assessments and Social Care", "Looking After Yourself" and lots more.
